Meet the team...

In the role of Senior Manager is Janet, bringing a wealth of experience after 24 years at PWPG. Her deep understanding of our playgroup and her passion for early childhood development makes her the perfect person to lead our group.

Carmela, our Early Years Education Lead has spent most of her working life in education; specialising in supporting pupils with English as an additional language, speech and language needs and autism. She performs a vital role in crafting a rich and varied multi-sensory curriculum that caters to the needs of all our learners.

Rounding off the team is Kirsty, our Administration Manager / SENCo. Kirsty brings a great deal of knowledge and experience having been involved with PWPG for over 10 years and having served both on the committee and as our funding manager.

The Leadership team are supported by a team of over 40 volunteers who have committed to coming in on the same day each week throughout the academic year.

We also have team of dedicated minibus drivers and escorts who run our minibus service.
